Thiruvalla 9th February 2017: Sayan Muhammed of SH CMI Thevra and Anjana Paul Maveli from Christ School, irinjalauda ( U14) category while Dominic D and Olivia T Shaibu both from Shanthal Jyothi Public School Muttam(U17) will lead Kerala at the in U14 and U17 children in both genders for the Khelo India National Level Competitions to be held in Hyderabad Telangana on 11th to 16th of February 2017.
The Team will be accompanied by Prem Kumar from Ernakulam, Ajith AR Thiruvananthapuram, Winny Bestine and Minnu George from Thrissur
Kind Gesture from Team REBOUND
It was indeed a Kind Gesture from TEAM Rebound an organization of former Basketballers who came forward to help the teams with kit and expenses of the camp from the request of Kerala Basketball Association when Kerala Sports Council denied to sponsor their expenses.
The Kit handing Ceremony was done at Little Flower HSS Koratty (Girls) Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Kadavanthara Kochi which was attended by Team Rebound President International Muhammed Iqbal Secretary Aji Kumaran Nair Treasurer Hally Itty Ipe and former International Players Leelamma Thomas , Indu Lekha, Mercy Ignatius, Emily K Mathew, Joshyamma George, Alma Nettikkadan, Shibu Hormis, Mathew Urumbath Etc and Ernakulum Secretary Adv KA Salim that itself was a morale boost to the Team
