DOMINANT KERALA WON THE BASKETBALL GIRLS TITLE

New Delhi – Kerala Girls which Got their entry through wildcard, the entry which they got by the Desecration of Federation rather from the organizing Committee Proved them their decision with the dominant performance as the finals result speaks when they drubbed Haryana 90-47 at the final in the basketball competition of the inaugural Khelo India School Games l at the KD Jadhav Stadium New Delhi. Kerala powered by U17 Internationals Sreekala R and Ann Mary Zacharia and Indian campers Ann Mary Johnny and Aparna Sadasivan joined with tall Anu Maria from SAI Thalasserry moved to the crown with a facile victory over Haryana.

All turned up at the KD Jadhav Stadium this morning expected a tight contest since Kerala had to strive hard to eke out a 74-65 win when the teams met in the league encounter.
