Kochi 30 January 2017- Sacred Heart CMI Public School defeated Shanthal Jyothi Public School Muutaam 42-40 in an extra time thriller with the score in Boys Division while in Girls Little Flower HSS Koratty defeated Shanthaljyothi 28-20 to claim the regional Title of the Reliance Foundation Jr NBA Regional matches held here at the CMI Public School Basketball Court in Thevara

In Three on Three competition a four Minutes shorter version of Basketball , U16 division Little Flower HSs Koratty took both the title as they beat SH CMI thevara (5-4) and St Josephs H GHS Alappuzha((3-0) in boys and Girls respectively while U13 Title Silver Hill Public School from Kozhikode won defeating SH CMI (4-2) and in Girls Little Flower HSs koratty beat St Josephs Alappuzha (4-3)

Earlier In the Semifinal SH CMI defeated Assisii Narakkal 43-3 while Shanthal Jyothi beat Little Flower HSS Koraty 35-29 to make the final in boys while in girls Shanthal beat St Thomas GHS Perumanoor 26-13 and Litle Flower HSS koratty beat St Josephs GHS Alappuzha 26-21 to reach the final
