STAGE ALL SET FOR THE SEASON 2 UBA PRO BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Thiruvalla: Pune and Hyderabad will host the season 2 of the UBA Pro Basketball League from February 18 to April 3. The first leg will be played at Balewadi Stadium from February 18 to 28 while the second will be held at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium here from March 23 to April 3. Eight teams will be participating in the tournament.
Former international Norman Isaac will be the Technical Commissioner for the League. Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty and five-time World Amateur Boxing champion Mary Kom will grace the opening ceremony.

Todd Mack, Managing Director, United Basketball Alliance India (P) Ltd, said, “Pro Basketball League is the platform, much needed for basketball players in India, who aspire to make it big in the sport.
UBA provides these young players, an opportunity to test their skills at a professional level. Additionally, the best players from the League get an opportunity to train outside India, and rub shoulders with some of the big names of the sport, from around the world” according to press release.
Late Support from Basketball Federation of India put players in a lurch
Late support from BFI had shutdown chances to players those went to the Indian camp in Mangalore as well at the SAF games they are actually the one who are confused rather losers of this event and Money they are neither been selected here nor been able to represent India due to in fight in Basketball
