Rajasthan Boys and Tamil Nadu Girls stay unbeaten

Tamil Nadu Boys Stun defending Champions Uttar Pradesh

Cuttack 5th August 2019 :Rajasthan Boys defeated  Punjab  to make their 3rd successive victory in Pool B  as they beat Punjab 62-50 similarly in girls division Tamil Nadu  beat Delhi 84-45 to record their  3rd Win in Group B  and both  confirmed their Quarter final berth at the 46th Sub Junior National Basketball Championship,  begins at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium & Indoor Complex  Barabati Stadium. The Championship, hosted by the Odisha  Basketball Association under the aegis of Basketball Federation of India on the 3rd day.

Tamil Nadu boys  shock  Uttar Pradesh 

Tamil Nadu boys also made stunning come back in a group  match  after trailing 10-20 at the first quarter  came to  beat the defending champion Uttar Pradesh 77-69  Abymanyu lead the scoring chart  for Tamil Nadu with 23 points.

Odhisa Boys drubbed Puducherry

Odhisa boys  won their Match in groupnFas they drubbed Puducherry 94-26 with Sreaynash Panda top scoring with 28 points.

Bad day for Kerala

NBA academy boy 6 ft 6 inches Janmejax Singh who scored 29 points for his team made all difference  as Kerala boys after an evenly fought  match went down to Chandigarh 56-58 while girls went down to  Karnataka 40-68 in a Pool B match

In  Boys other league matches of the day  Bihar defeated Maharashtra  70-65 ,Punjab beat Andhra Pradesh 64-45 Chandigarh scrape past Kerala 58-56 Chhattisgarh  beat Karnataka 61-48 ,Madhya Pradesh beat Himachal Pradesh 45-15 and Mizoram drubbed Delhi 58-18.

In Girls division Uttar Pradesh defeated  Rajasthan 86-44, Chandigarh beat Uttarkhand 31-14,Karnataka beat Haryana 38-24,Himachal Pradesh drubbed  Bihar 32-8,West Bengal defeated Puducherry 53-18.

In Girls Rajasthan beat Chhattisgarh 53-39,Andhra Pradesh beat Utharkhand 44-21.
