Kevin Durant and the Americans make their grip on gold as they beat Australia 97-78 and will meet the winners of France and Slovenia in the final for a fourth straight gold medal Saturday
They were slow to get started, then awesome afterwards against Australia. USA had a slow start and trailed 18-24 at the first Quarter and reduced the lead to 42-45 at the half time and bounced back in to the game and took a 74-55 lead at the end of Third Quarter Durant scored 23 points, Devin Booker had 20 and the U.S. to beat Aussies 97-78 in the Olympic men's basketball semi-finals .

The U.S. missed its first 10 3-point attempts and didn't hit one until late in the second quarter, then it felt as if the Americans hardly missed again, with Booker making three 3-pointers.
Jrue Holiday had 11 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the U.S
Patty Mills scored 15 points for Australia, which still needs a win for its first Olympic basketball medal.
The seconds Semi final match Nando de Colo and Evan Fournier together put a nervous 90-89 victory for France , scoring 25 and 23 points respectively. for Slovenia Luka Doncic who has been one of the stars of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic basketball tournament, but he couldn't prevent his team an entry in to the final
