GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCTING BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings from the Kerala Basketball Association (KBA).

This is to inform all schools, colleges ,clubs, and other organizations interested in conducting basketball tournaments under the Kerala Basketball Association, that the following procedure must be strictly followed to ensure smooth coordination and avoid scheduling conflicts:

1. All requests to conduct tournaments must be routed through the respective District Basketball Association Secretaries.
2. Final approval and confirmation of tournament dates must be obtained from the State Secretary of the Kerala Basketball Association.
3. This protocol is mandatory to avoid clashes with other district or state-level tournaments and to maintain the official basketball calendar of KBA.

We request all concerned organizers to adhere to these guidelines. Any tournament not following the above process may not be recognized under the Kerala Basketball Association.
